An Update on Gracie Lu!!!!!! NEW PICTURES!!!!!

Libby is still running a fever and she was diagnosed last night with the croup. While I am tired from a long night of caring for her I am feeling much better about things this afternoon. Our friend, Katie, came to play with Libby this morning and I was able to get some things done. Libby is napping so I decided to sit for a minute and check emails and I discovered something special! An update on Gracie Lu!!!!!!!!!!

The following 2 pictures were taken about 2 weeks ago when she was 7.7 pounds - but there's more. So enjoy these two photos and then scroll down some more!

Before you see the next two pictures let me share the written update. It said the following (my extra comments are in parenthesis):

Brief update on Tseganesh Foote

Tseganesh weighs 9 pounds.  (NINE POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Her clothing size 3-6 months.  (I'm not sure about that, I'm thinking she is still in new born clothes because she is so long and thin)

She got chicken pox 5/29/2009 , she will be fine soon.  (oh no! so sad!!!)

And here she is...... The BEAUTIFUL GRACIE LU!!!!!

I can't believe how much she has changed. Her hair is growing. Her arms have filled out tremendously. Her little cheeks are getting chubby! She is BEAUTIFUL!!!! She does not even look like the same child. Now, I'm just praying for her chicken pox to go away so she can feel better AND so Libby isn't exposed to it.

We leave in less than 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hallelujah!

I am still in awe over how much she has grown and changed! She is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Did we expect any less from the amazing God we serve! As I was staring at her pictures (and thinking how you said that something about her reminded you of Maliah) ... it's the LIPS! Gracie Lu has those perfect heart shaped lips that are so full and kissable .. just like Maliah's!
I cannot wait for that beauty to find your arms and to FINALLY make her way to ol' San Antonio! She has so many awaiting to celebrate her life and his blessings!
LOVE YOU SWEET FRIEND!

I'm so thrilled for you! Gracie Lu looks so darling! I can't wait for you to hold her. I pray that Libby doesn't get the chicken pox and that she feels better soon from the croup. Both Ava Love and Tate have had that stuff and it's not fun! Just remember that the croupy cough may linger a while, but don't that discourage you. I bet she'll be over the worst of the side effects of the croup by the time you leave!

Drink lots of Emergen-C! To get your immune system strong. Cory swears by that stuff! (Super Orange)
