Starting today - we have 10 days until our court date - MAY 13!!!! Join with us in prayer for a successful court date - for the judge to find favor with all our paperwork and MOWA's paperwork. For our daughter's biological family to show in court if necessary and for everything to be just right in order for us to pass and travel to ET!
Continue to pray as well for Lu's health. She is doing great right now!
Lastly - we have run into a slight paperwork snag. USCIS sent a letter that I received over the weekend saying that our home study addendum (which was just for an address change) is missing two points. Our social worker says that she did not include that info because it is in our original home study. So, I'm hoping to contact someone at USCIS tomorrow and get that all cleared up. If our social worker ends up having to resubmit our addendum it could take USCIS a while to process it and that could potentially affect our travel time. Please pray that it all gets cleared up first thing Monday morning!
Oh - and one more thing. Some families who have a court date just one day before us have travel dates of May 23-30. That means there is a possibility we could travel that early. The next travel group would be June 6-13 and that is the one week we have a camp in June. We are praying we can make the early travel group so we can keep our commitment to the camp where we are supposed to lead worship.
